It's so nice that Grace thrives with an early bedtime. Then there's me where my body naturally wants to go to bed at 6 am and wake up at 2 pm. I've never had a more regular and consistent sleep cycle than when I allow for this weird sleep schedule.

It's so good to know that i wasn't the only kid being afraid of not getting enough sleep. Everyone thought it was so weird, even as a teenager i had to go to a different room when i was having sleepovers with my friends because they would stay up till morning and i was freaking up. Later on i had a change of heart and started going to bed Later but now i have to be up at 6 for work and my fear of not going to bed early enough is back full force. I loved the video Grace, watching your videos always makes my day so much brighter!

Going to bed at midnight and getting up at 7:30 is perfect! Your body really doesn’t need more than 8 hours sleep! It took me about 3 months to fully hack my sleep schedule but it’s the best thing ever!

It's so funny to me, because at your age I would go OUT at around 11pm or even midnight 3-4 nights a week, and get home 3am-6am. My sleeping pattern was completely backwards because of it, and would go to sleep at like 4am every night (I used to be self employed so could get away with it) Your innocence is endearing and fascinating to me, as I don't know anyone else like it in their 20s. I was even worse than that as a student!! Now at the ripe old age of 28 with a stable 9-5 job, I've calmed down a little bit but still regularly go out at around 11pm on the weekends and stay out until the early hours of the morning, but will be tucked up in bed by 10.30pm on weekdays.
