I'm born in Australia so not wanting to do ECE for a Visa, but this video was super helpful just for someone like me as I'm looking at getting into Early Childhood Education so thank you! A lot of videos/people on here/online say that it is a terrible field to get into and that its very bad! Thank you for having a positive outlook on it! Quick question, what were your hours like? Is there a lot of overtime work/work outside of your hours? Thank you! It seems like a very rewarding job, it definitely isn't easy but I think its worth it!
@kirsten101 Thank you very much for your prompt comment. It really means a lot to me.😊 I would recommend to start as a casual until you get used to the field , then definitely you can go for part-time or full-time as well. It really depends on your lifestyle. This field is very flexible with hours. You can decide what hours you wanna work. That’s what I did too. I started as a casual and it gave me a lot of space to finish my course in peace, then only after I finished my course I became a full-time permanent educator. So you decide what hours you can work and let them know your preferences in your interview, then they will be flexible with your shifts.😊
@@Pink__Lime Thank you for this extra info! I'll definitely make sure to state what I'd prefer hour wise when I go for interviews etc! Thank you, keep up the good content!! :)
Hi sis, I have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering and am considering a career change. My aspiration is to pursue a course in Early Childhood Education in Australia. I am seeking information regarding the feasibility of this transition and its potential impact on my Permanent Residency (PR) pathway. I would greatly appreciate your professional advice and guidance on this matter.

Hey ! i am from India and i am looking for bachelor in ECE , i got 6.5 ielts bands and i had PCM in 12th , so i wanted to know is it better to take three years bachelor course or just to take six months course as you did , doing bachelors in the field and getting job same as doing just six months course and getting the same job what is beneficial and do age matters? Likewise, I’m just 18 and let’s assume after doing bachelors of three year i will be 21 so while interviewing will they select more younger or order? 😅

@@Pink__Lime Hi I am very thankful for your video coz at first I was hesitant but when I saw this I got convinced. May I know what school you had for online?
I do not think that there are PR opportunities from doing childcare filed. But if you’re doing teaching, then there are more opportunities for the PR. Good luck!
Hi, You did Certificate 3 while working as an Casual educator right. But as Casual educator can we make sure we get enough shifts to do our workplacement?

Hi, can you make a video on the steps to follow for studying early childhood education with full funded scholarship in Australia for international students???
Thank you for your prompt comment. I will definitely try to bring a video like that. First I have to make sure to collect some succinct information on that. Really appreciate your idea. Thanks.
If someone has to apply as a student and do this course , what would be the fees. Also can you recommed any good university for the certificate 111 course please.
In this case, If someone inside Australia they can speak to the institution that I did mine. Please refer to the details I have mentioned in the description. But if someone try to apply from outside of Australia I think then they have to apply for a student visa or something. I am not sure about that part, cause I haven’t been in a student visa. In that case the best thing you can do is go to a student visa agent in your country and talk to them. They might be able to help you with that regard.
i am coming for data science course in melbourne and i plan to do bachelors of early childhood (4 years degree). please guide me what are the steps to get PR. are there any difficult exams after completion of the graduation. are there interviews? or do we just apply and calculate PR points and can get permanent residency. are there any working experience requried ? Moreover, are the courses and assignments are difficult ??

I complete my bachlour in bca stream so can i do my ECE in Australia but score in Ilets 8/8 7/7 is difficult can i do master im EcE and 2 other diploma in any other filed so after that i need to do IElts or not plzzz reply
Hi, IELTS is a mandatory requirement when it comes to PR process. I am not sure how much you have to score, as it depends on visa stream you’re applying. Anyway, my advice is if you wish to apply PR, please start practicing for your PTE or IELTS right now, because it’s all about the practice when it comes to those exams. Another option is please go and talk to migration agent and find out other visa pathways, such as sponsorship visa which requires low PTE scores. Hope this helped. Good Luck!🤍
Hey Minoli, I am not sure about universities, as I did only cert in that area at that time. I think any university in Australia will give a best outcome. Try to talk to a registered agent about this matter. Good luck!
Actually I did not have to pass any other qualification to get into work after finishing my course and first aid. So I would say no as far I know. Good luck!
I did bachelor of management studies degree in sri lanka. If my husband migrate 482 visa, Can i apply chlidcare course.. Is it effect study gaps to follow this course.. I am 33 years old. I didn't do any jobs in sri lanka.

Not sure about that. Please talk to a migration agent regarding this. I really do not want to mislead you. So the best way is to talk to a reliable migration agent. Good luck!
Hello mam your video is really help people who wants to make their career in ECE.Please give me detail of your college and fee. I'M planning to come in Australia next year. I m here working in same field.
I am so pleased to hear these beautiful words. Actually I did my course at Apex Training Institute in Brisbane. Please check the description box for all the details.
Thank you for your lovely comment! Yes I did my course while I was working. At that time I was paid only student salary. After finishing the course, I could get a permanent position. So, yes you can work while studying.
Thank you so much for your response it means a lot for me . Because I’m new to Australia with dependent visa . I was confused . Your video really really helped me and I want to apply for course and also job too .
Hi mam thank u soo much for this interesting video, wish u all the best and god bless u.can u pls tell me if i do a course in Sri lanka , will that valid in Australia ??
Thank you very much for your lovely words. Really appreciate it. I think it’s much better if you can do a course in Australia. I am not sure if Sri Lankan qualification is validated in Australia. As I mentioned before, there are different criteria in differential states. So the best thing is to see a visa agent and check with them for fresh information. Good luck with your future journey!!
The question is not quite clear. But if you’re already in Australia, you can do either cert 3 or diploma according to your choice. I recommend to start with cert 3 and then complete the diploma. But if you’re in overseas, then actually you have to reach migration agent and ask what are the possibilities. Hope this answered your question.

Hi, I can say that comparatively there is a high earning potential in ECE into that job category level. However, there are many more fields you can earn more. But if you’re interested in ECE field, your job security is firm as that field has a good job security. It depends on how much you like to work in ECE. Hope this answered yours. Good luck! 🤍
I really recommend you to start the Early Childhood Education and Training from Certificate 3 and then you can always do the highest qualifications as you work in the field.😊
Hello your vedio is very helpful for us. I'm planning to come Australia in next year so I plan to do ECE course in Sri Lanka it is 12 month course ,they negotiate with us if we complete this diploma they guaranted they will provide a job opportunities for us in Australia after Face the interview in Australia. According to your experience, can an institute in Sri Lanka find such job opportunities in Australia?
In this regards I cannot actually confirm that any institute can get jobs from Australia. But there is a huge drop of workers in ECE field. There is no one here that I have worked with who is having a Sri Lankan qualification that I am aware of. So please do a bit of a research before you go ahead. Good Luck with your future endeavours!
Hello di your vedio is very helpful for me.. please can ❤❤you share your whole process how did you get admission and one more thing want to ask i am post graduate and also done bachelor of education degree..still i need to do this course for teaching job.. please reply.. thankyou.😊

I am not sure if you can apply from outside Australia. But still worth trying. So please talk to an agent to get in contact with a reliable institution.

Hi, It really depends on where you’re working. Some work places pay all above the rates as well. As I remember when I started childcare as a student it was A$26 per hour with tax 4 years ago. But of course you can increase your salary as you work. Since now I’m not in the field and not sure what are exact numbers. But I have heard that they increased the salary a lot more after that. So Please find the fair work details in Australia in 2023 for more current details.
