Mam my wife diagnosed with pof when she is 27 yrs old , all dr said will not have kids in future but by the grace of almighty God I have 3 kids in which I have twins , without any treatment.

Hi , You should take HRT for addressing the hormonal issue and also find the appropriate cause for that. It should be because of Automimmune disease like Hashimoto and Insulin Resistance.
