I knew you wouldn’t be thrilled with a W210. The W211 though, is an excellent car, and you’d love it. It’s build quality is closer to the W124 in my opinion, but it’s obviously far more modern. No rust issues, shifter issues, window regulator issues, crappy electronics or any other W210 associated issues with the W211... and with the same great drivetrain as an option. You could always give the W210 to your under-butler to drive, instead of getting rid of it if you wish.
with the 211, it'd have to be a 55 or a 63. I saw a rather nice 63 for sale over east recently too. And then if im dropping that much coin i may as well go with the facelift 212 or newer 63 with the twin turbo v8
on the 722.6 this is the switch and its in the gear selector. The problem as at the end of the video is a lose fuse holder /cracked soldering in the light switch of all places. Going to remove it and see if i can repair it later today
@@charlesphiliparthurgeorgep4653 For me, a W140 is a bigger W124. It's a very simple car if you get to know them well. I have 2 W140 and 2 W124s, very good cars indeed. I had a W210, bought it new in 2000, worst car I ever had
