At the bus stop, looking down Kailua Road. Where all the lower income apartments used to be, are high priced condos. The big building is Windward Passage, built in the late 70s. Before that, you had just the Kailua Gardens condos.
The rest of the area was a big grass field. Before that, it was Campos Dairy.
