So sorry to hear about Mika. My wife and I are dog lovers and we know what it's like to lose a pet. It leaves an emptiness in your heart and home. I agree that it has been a funny winter on the island. Very disappointing for winter enthusiasts. Keep up the great work.

So nice to see this video on this dreary RDF morning here on the Avalon. Mika will remain in your thoughts & heart. We lost a beloved dog recently & still feel the loss but we cheerish the memories & got another dog from the SPCA. Dogs are truly loyal companions who always greet you with a wag of the tail. Keep moving forward & I wish you & your uncle wellness.

I hope that your uncle is feeling better soon. Yes, it has been a crazy winter and a cool spring. The Mayfly is late here in Timberlea on the Nine Mile River, NOVA Scotia.( not much rain in April either. ) I went skiing up in the GASPE, QUEBEC and they didn't have the snow that they usually have. Nice to see you out in a boat. I always enjoy your videos. Tite lines enjoy the Flats girl.

Great video, beautiful kayaking day. First thing I noticed your husky wasn’t with you which was odd. I can feel your pain Ashley, I had to put down my king shepherd couple weeks back, you can see him in my videos he was a big teady bear. Like loosing a child, sorry to hear your Mika passed.
