I love all your ideas n thinking about starting a lil coffee business the 300 ml flask a lil hard to find I think is a perfect size an shape but only see 200ml or 375ml
Hi ma'am, Im really thankful that I learned this coffee recipe of your's and now I am getting more and more costumers in my small business, but I have a question, Can I use fresh milk as substitute for condensed & evaporated milk? And if so, how much proportion? Hope you see my comment.
Tried this recipe and loving it. I did not put the sugar as I found it sweet and at the right taste. Waiting for feedback from those whom I have sent the bottles. :)
I really want to do this with good coffee beans made with aeropress and homemade caramel and I want to put the drinks in bottles and sell them iced in a cooler but I dont think this is allowed in my city/state in USA....Its sad but you have more freedoms to do this in the Philippines which is where I imagine you're from.
Hi, I am not an expert on use of preservatives! As with anything, a longer shelf life would need preservatives or more production work and equipment. To achieve a shelf life of 3-6 months, you’ll have to consider heat pasteurization or high-pressure pasteurization. Both types of pasteurization would require machinery and may change the flavor of your coffee. It will also increase your overall costs but yes they will produce shelf-stable products. There are many available pasteurizer machine which you should be able to find in the market if this is the way you choose to go. Good luck!
Sodium Benzoate and Potassium sorbate at minimal usage rate should be sufficient. But you could do a small shelf life study to increase the usage for your product. It is possible to get 60 days with minimal usage if your pH is below 4.2.
Hello! Thank you for this helpful idea! May I know why this one is different from the other video? I mean this one you actually cooked the ingredients but the other cold brew video was just merely steeped?
Hello, I noticed in your other video you used sugar syrup and in this video you used granulated sugar. Is there a specific reason why and does it matter which one?? Thanks in advance!
If your drink is hot, you may use granulated sugar. If the base is cold, use sugar syrup. They are really interchangeable. You just have to watch the proportion for each one. Good luck
Hi, just want to ask if im going to use glass bottles for the coffee and put them in boiling water (like simple canning process), how long would it last? I mean, the shelf life of the finished product. Thank you so much in advance.
Sterilising the bottle would add a day or two more but would not make it last any longer than a week at most. For longer shelf life you need a different process like pasteurisation etc.
@@rizasri Thank you so much. I just ordered your book, The Basic Barista. Hope to learn more about coffee. More power to you ms Riza. Once again, thank you!
Hello, it would be a different recipe. If you would like recipes for bottled coffee using instant, cold brew and espresso - please check the other videos on this channel :-) Otherwise, my book - The Basic Barista - has them all in one place.
Thank Chao for you recipe's. I'm going to watch all your videos coz I'm planning to have a simple and small business here in Philippines soon. I already subbed and by the way, why you know how to speak Tagalog? Are you a Filipino or Thai?
Btw, I would really love to see another video of you like this making some other flavors like caramel machiato or macha🙂 that would be 😊 Maraming Salamat 🙂
