Dear sir. I have a question? I have an activity which has duration of 5 days and has resources A , B and C. I want to put resources A to 1st two days, resources B to 3rd and forth day and C to whole duration. How to assign these resources.
There are different ways. Try the resources calender as start. Then identify the resources curve. However, if you are doing it for the whole project and activities or a portfolio, the distribution by Leveling will do the job for you. I explained such cases in many videos in the channel
Sir, since the % complete type is Duration % complete the activity progress will be calculated automatically when you status the activity is that correct or do you have to input it manually every time. Thank you.
Hello Sir, Thank you. At 17:04, when you mark activity as complete, the actual cost is not updated (earned value changes automatically though). Can you advise? Thank you.

In my understanding actual cost is input manually where as earned value is calculated by p6 which is activity performance % complete times budget at completion)
