It's a different time zone in Europe, than it is in America, I say it will probably be close to a month or less, since they got to convert American language and voice acting
The English version is already out on PlayStation since March in several countries _besides_ Europe and North America who got the game just last week. Same for PC which also got the game just last week. Meaning the DLC is already out; just not for Europe and North America or the PC version, those players still have to wait.
