“Grrrrroooooooooooooooowwwwww, I am the real cat woman...” - Eartha Kitt❤️🕊 Sheesh! What a woman... I immediately got chills down my back from that purring😸💁🏽♀️
Check her do a dip & kick @80-Something! I'm Trans and Only into Males & my Grandma lived to the the Oldest Hualapia in our Tribe, & SHE COULDN'T DO THAT! ...(the interview I watched was "An Evening With Earth Kitt")

It's too bad that Eartha Kitt didn't get to portray Catwoman more than she did because she has such a feline vibe about her and she played it with aplomb.
At one time I had the autographs of Frank Gorshin, Julie Newmar(still have the photos) and Cesar Romero, and before she passed away I met Yvonne Craig who was appearing with Nichelle Nichols of the original 🌟 Star Trek at a Sci Fi convention.
This is so true, as a child the humour went straight over my head I was just obsessed with watching the action, I couldn't understand what my Dad was finding so funny lol
One of the funniest scenes in the show was when Alfred dressed up like Batman so he and Bruce Wayne could be seen at the same time. " Batman looks a bit thinner is he alright" the Commissioner asked Robin.
My favorite show as a fifth grader! I wanted to be Cat Woman and had such a crush on Robin! To this day, I always dress up as a Cat for Halloween. She does have different personalities each year to make the costumes more fun & interesting!
And don't forget... Batgirl...Barb Gordon...alter ego that stole the show!!!!!! Alan Napier as Alfred ran a strong second, as supporting cast... Yvonne Craig, as a young man, was still my favorite!!! And Penny Robinson 😮😅😎
The whole special, while nostalgiac, was an insult to everyone present. And this was Alan Napier's final television appearance before he passed and even he was treated rudely.
Burt Ward was the least paid of all the characters on that show. It's pretty sad - I think he started at $350 an episode and by the end $550. Alan Napier and Madge Blake made more per episode like $700. Guest stars made $2000 an episode.
That big blue bird speaking to little kids a t 13:07...." Has anyone ever teased you and called you names?"...."I thought so!" (Seems like he must've been thinking, "now, these are some wierd looking kids!")😆
Where was the guy whom played penquin? What happened? He was not even mentioned. I wanted to hear about everyone and their character. Thats a little disapointing for me. Also I was interested in the guy who played the riddler as for him finishing his story, I am a talented character actress, so therefore I am learning from all angles.

Hi looks great was nice to see. Recent some bussiness proffessional. The midwest arwa. Wiscousin and Chicago Illinois area. Bests and bests to company department, and staff. Nedts and great day
Loved the show. Intentionally campy but fun. Well done. Casting was spot on. Loved how Julie Newmar was gracious enough to reognize Ertha's "purrrr" as the best. And not come off as a Diva. Batman the show turned Julie into a sex symbol and made her known. She was working but oddly I dont think any one heard of her before Batman. "just another pretty face". Batman and The Green Hornet were actually also kind of ahead of their time during a racist period in Hollywood. Where racism was strong when portraying Black people and Asians. Letting Ertha play Catwoman at all. Though with The Green Hornet, they put Bruce lee, into the stereotypical "servant/driver" role.....though I suppose in the comic, Kato was Chiense? Still they let a "Chiese man" kick butt. Which really still isnt done today in 2022....outisde of SWAT. Digressing more....only today have Black actors gotten respectable roles with Asians still trailing behind....it's taken Hollywood roughly 60 years to come this far. ..what about Asian actors? HOw long will it take before Hollywood gives Chiense and Japanese (koreans...etc.) good roles. And are commonly seen on TV and film. On shows not based out of Hawii. Hollywood still isn't willing to bank on having a Chinese leading actor or actress. There HAS been progress but it seems Hollywood is still dragging their feet. Only male lead where they have had a fully Chinese male was in Dragon: The Brcue Lee Story. The ONLY ONE FILM> Though tey could have had a mixed race Chiense American actor play him as they did for Crazy Rich Asians. ..though he was half English not American. ....ummm, actuallly there was one other Hollywood film where they DID hire an Asian actor...for a superhero film. Hired a CDN actor. Might have been Korean? But again he was playing an Asian comic book superhero. I suppose Hollywood didnt have to make that film. Dont know how well it did. Not very judging from the lack of post film publicity. When film do well e.g. Top Gun: Maverick.
"Riddle man" lmfao.. yeah man. Even as a kid watching re-runs in the 90's I was thought he was creepy. WAtching again few years ago, he comes off a sex fiend, humping the bat mobile, humping everything, laughing like a creep. Paul Dano as Riddler in new film carried that into his character, sexually caressing the victim he murders in the opening. With the cowl, and car resembling this show, I wouldn't be surprised if it was intentional.
