Finally finding our groove with the ol' hyperadobe bags again! But it turns out if you leave your bucket in the sun for 3 months it becomes brittle and breaks off inside the bag. Oops!
ROASTED SALSA RECIPE //
8 Roma Tomatoes
10 Tomatillos
3 Jalapeno
1 Red Onion
1 White Onion
Salt to Taste
Roast all ingredients until soft and slightly charred.
To a blender add juice of
3 limes and
1 bunch of cilantro
Blend up all ingredients and store in jars in fridge. Will last one week in the fridge.

Yum...salsa Different than anything I've made, so I'm definitely going to make it. Not sure if I've told anyone here, but I have a "Recipes" play list, and save videos that have recipes that I want to try. My first was making homemade butter. If I'd known how easy it was, would have done it years ago. Second time I made it was the best, as I added more salt. Saved the buttermilk for mashed potatoes, and pancakes 🥞 Can't wait to get my salsa garden going. The only thing I buy is cilantro... can't grow it, or keep it alive. Also suck at tomatoes, but I'm not going to give up on that. ✌️Out ❤️🌵☀️⛈️🌈☮️🐎🐐

Like my grandparents always said when it comes to tools and necessary items needed when they survived the great depression and raised 9 children: "Having 1 once broken is like having none . Having 2 is like having 1 that can last until a job is done. Having 3 is better you will see. Having 4 will sustain you in a depression or war." So when it comes to tools be ut fir the field, construction or a household kitchen it is best to have 4 of each. Lol.

That happens a lot in our barn. They always find weird places to lay their eggs! I like the buttressed corners! That should look nice when it is above ground. Ocho just wants to help! again... try out some of the spiraling windmills. they work like a charm. and always alternating to solarpanels. its rainy and windy? windmill produces power. sunshinetime? solarpanel. the windmill even collect in the dark with wind..
