Earthquake! April 20, 2002 

Capital Region residents felt the earth shake on April 20, 2002. The epicenter was 15 miles outside Plattsburgh, New York.
There have been other quakes that have startled people in their homes and left people wondering…what happened? Besides 2002, the Capital Region felt rumblings in 1983 and 2011.
