Adric, restored to life by agents of the Valeyard, is enlisted to terminate the Doctor. But Adric, his wounds still raw from the epic conclusion of 'Earthshock', sees this as an opportunity to settle a personal score. With the rogue Alzarian in pursuit of both him and his dearest friends, will the Fifth Doctor prevail?
