EAS - Strange Anti Piracy Warning 

Remember when the Emergency Alert System was used to combat piracy? Nah, neither do I. But not until i discovered this strange VHS I found at a garage sale. The man running this garage sale said that he was watching WKBT on June 8th, 2007 like normally, until this strange Emergency Alert played, saying that he was using pirated cable equipment. As it turns out, WKBT ran into an issue that day where millions of viewers received the same alert, accusing them of using a pirated cable box. The issue was then resolved and has not occurred ever since.
