@@kevaltachak8092 I have a doubt, My aunt had a piece of land which connect to a 16 feet road directly and she gifted half of that land to my sister in 2001 which is not connected to that 16 feet road and as at that time there was no other way to connect road from that part of land she gave a private passage of 3 feet from the rest part of land which connect to the 16 feet road. But my sister never use that passage as that is a Vacant land till now. Now the rest part she gifted to me in 2020 and not show any private passage from my land as a new road of 12 feet occurs from the other side of the land which connects my sister's part of land and as well my part of land directly. But now my sister Denning to use that 12 feet road and want to use the 3 feet private passage which can hamper my privacy and forcing me for amalgamation. What should I do....please reply.
