Over the holidays I got together with my bros and decided to ferment something really easy, an alcoholic chai infused with cherry juice. Using only grocery store ingredients, watch and see how easy it can be to home brew with friends and family! Trust me... if my brothers can do it, you can.
BTW I didnt take any gravity measurements but if I had to guess this is somewhere around 5-6% ABV.

Very cool to get some sort of a low effort, everyday pantry item brewing vid once in a while, gives confidence to get started without any crazy gear at first if it can turn out so nice! Great to start the year

That's an excellent question. I can't say for sure but I would guess it does retain caffeine based on no research on the topic ha
