Beautiful blanket! I have a few questions: On the beginning chain, are you crocheting into the "nub" on the back of each chain stitch? It's hard to tell. What weight yarn? And beginning chain of what multiple if you want a different size? For counting you could also put a stitch marker every 10 chains if you don't have the counter.
