You girls have a knack for posting the PERFECT recipes! I was just asking myself what was I going to do with my chicken tenders and stuffing, and here it is! This will feed me for a week!
Ive learned to cook for one takes some adaption but it can be done ! Use tomato soup instead of tomatoe sauce, measure rice or noodles so i end up with one meal one leftover ! Got tired of wasting so much food!! i make it all in a small pot so i know its not going t I'm be thrown out👍
I made this tonight in a 6 quart Nesco for 4 hours at about 175 to 200 degrees which is equivalent to a low setting on a crock pot. Turned out good, and i will be saving the recipe. Before serving run a knife through it like cutting a cake so you wont have to struggle breaking the chicken pieces apart. I used 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
I made this a couple of weeks ago and it was excellent, we both liked it so much that I'm planning to make it again at Christmas since there's only two of us. I did substitute French Cut green beans instead of whole ones. Next time I'm going to add a package French's crispy fried onions.......half to the sauce mix and half to the top about 30 minutes before serving.
OMG! I just cooked your recipe and it was absolutely delicious!!! It was so easy to prepare and I will be preparing it again. Many times I’m sure. Thank you so much :-)
Hey, ladies; I made this for dinner today. I don't have a slow-cooker, so I used my Instant Pot in slow-cook mode. It tasted just fine, but the stuffing was very soggy (I like it a little crispy). The next time I make this, I will leave the lid on loosely (I had it locked down as for pressure cooking). Alternatively, transfer to a casserole dish and put in the oven for a while, but then it's not a one-dish meal. Thanks for keeping the legend of Shotgun Red (and the memory of Steve Hall) alive. 😋😋😋
looks really good. I have made Thanksgiving in the crockpot, with sausage stuffing and filet turkey breast, green beans and baby potatoes/ I will definitely try this recipe.
I can't wait to make this. Will do the chicken, but a small turkey breast on Thanksgiving will be great. Thanks, ladies. I really appreciate your recipes. 🥰
Oh my! THAT is my type of 'comfort' food! Ill be making this very soon. ❤ PS. Ya'll are looking so good and pretty. Love the hair, too. (I'm a mom of three adult kids) ❤
Great recipe, but I have a question about the Stove Top ingredient. Is there an alternative,as it isn't available in where I live. Thanks!! Love from Athens,Greece🇬🇷❤
It looks good but I don’t understand why you didn’t mix the stuffing with the soup and chicken stock before adding it to the crock pot instead of waiting until it cooks then trying to mix it together which is much more difficult.
@@CookingwithShotgunRed my loved ones LOVE what you show us, and making is amazing, taste good, make some thing that seems stupid but TASTE SO GOOD!@!!!!
