Oh… and could you do a video with the different sizes (height) of your T Bars, please! I’m wanting to get a set of those, and the Back Draft exhaust for my Phantom. But, not sure which height to buy.
One thing I'm wondering is what do you end up doing with the fuel pump that's under the stock seat? Im looking at the entire mono-strut kit you offer and Im interested, but I cant seem to find anything about relocating or removing the fuel pump/filter that's under there. What's your recommendation and what are my options?
I habe covered this about 400 times. You would need to completely redesign the transmission on a ahaft drive to change the direction of the drive shaft. And you would lose a ton of power. Best way to convert a shaft drive to chain- sell the shaft drive, buy a chain drive bike lol
Ok I get it the direction of the transmission spins opposite direction. I know you haved covered it but if the direction is opposite that a big problem
@@loveoflabor3780 no. Not opposite, completely different plane, and function. I'm not here to argue. Go spend all your time and energy undoing a shaft drive engine and trans. 🙌 If that's what makes you happy, bless you and enjoy.
Youd honestly have to cut the frame and rake the neck but you'd also need to move the downtubes and the backbone a lil bit to go up and out or else get a long front end. Major fabrication undertaking there lol
@@TJBRUTALCUSTOMS bro, i met him one time- in wisconin at an icp in-store. He was doing little interviews with people in line, he asked me a few questions.. This was 2000, or so.. i so wish i got a picture with him. Loving your 'new' content btw- i remember emailing you a while ago- but im sure im not the only one who said you should make content like this- finally got me a motovan, hopefully bring the ol scoot down to cali sometime soon!
I got a new chain and sprockets went to change them and I can not get the axle out let me tell you I don't think it has ever been changed any way I can get it out without messing it up
@@TJBRUTALCUSTOMS I bought the bike it has been setting in a garage for a few years but when I take the nut off of it I can clamp vice grips on the spacer and can barely turn the axle with a ratchet I figured I might have to heat it but that could mess bearings up and seals you gat a lot of experience with these bikes thanks for the info I been staying on your website I love the parts I've got so far from you I'll be back in contact for some pipes and handle bars soon I want it to look like one of your bikes I love them thanks again
@@WendellJones-f6d ok first, vice grips need to stay away from the bike. Spay some panther piss on it if you want, but just get a long brass round bar and start tapping it out. Rust, dirt, old grease can really glue things together. Heat is not gonna help you here.
That's what I'll do my next order is going to be your high low pipes got to take the stock pipes off to be able to get a good straight hit on the axle will help to so I'm going to check my funds and go ahead and order them s.a.p@@TJBRUTALCUSTOMS
@@TJBRUTALCUSTOMS you probably don’t have the time (or desire) to, but in the groups we are always telling guys about which coolant lines they can eliminate and how. And maybe what jetting and fuel settings to start with when going with an aftermarket exhaust and stack. It’s always these questions over and over. It would be cool to just pin or drop a link to your video. Appreciate all you’ve done for the community, man.
@@hondamotorsrider thanks fir the feedback dude! What do you mean by pin or drop a link to a video? Can you go a but more in depth with that so I can understand a bit more? Thanks man!
@@TJBRUTALCUSTOMS in the FB groups when folks ask “can I remove these coolant lines?” or “I just swapped my exhaust and put a stack on, but my bike doesn’t run. What jets should I put in? How many turns should my mixture screw be?”, then I can just paste the link to your vids for it (and draw people to your brand). On the forums threads we could just “pin” them to the top of the results so that it’ll be easier for people to find them. 😎
Im.half way through doing my first hardtail on a kawasaki 650 and I got an idea that I wish I hadn't gotten because now I'm going always wonder that if. That's a stretched fake hardtail with an airbag. Definable going to on my next build and put super soft springs in my forks and run air lines to them too. Cut the kickstand off and just lay frame when I park 😎
@@madebywadeca ok. But make sure you say brotherrrr a lot and yell "raise hell praise Dale" so everyone knows you're not one of those bagger types. 🤣 Just get one of the big biltwell bags and strap it to a sissy bar, works great fir long rides
