6:45 what you want is a volumetric mixer , they mix on site from dry ingredients loaded in the truck and you only mix as much as you need each time , you can buy them at auction throughout USA , the other thing is a Maxon Maxcrete where the concrete truck will dump the whole load in and the concrete can be tested and adjusted before its pumped into the forms.

pre fab home panel systems can be set up in one day built off site insulated siding on ready to go ive built a few like Acorn pre fab homes are i do like the appeal of this but the cost and efficiency isnt there...
