Thank you sooo much!! My son had neglected his shower and it was in such horrible shape that I wasn’t sure if we might have to replace it. I decided to try to clean it first. When the other DIY things I tried didn’t work, I searched and found your videos. I used oven cleaner on the floor, super clean on the walls, and cleaning vinegar and steel wool on the glass doors. The floor had been dark gray, nearly black. The clear glass doors were white. Everything is now shiny and clean! You saved us thousands of dollars!!! God bless you!!

You won't regret it!! The Super Clean is the best degreaser I have ever used. I only use it on really dirty showers though. It would be overkill for maintaining a shower.

Bought this and it has my shower/tub looking great. There are a few marks that it wouldn't remove so I'm guessing it's not soap scum.

When it is that bad I use full strength. If you are just maintaining a relatively clean shower I would use something other that Super Clean. I save Super Clean and use it as my BIG GUN

I have that same drain cover. I'm not a fan of it. Hard to suction clogs. But I saw a recent video of yours where you suggested the long drain stick. I will have to try it on that.

The drain stick typically doesn't work on this type of shower drain. It is more for sink drains.

Let me tell you, I’ve had some of this stuff in my home for a year. I never thought to use this in the shower. We had stuck on scum that refused to move. I used it in the shower and was amazed I had been sitting on this for a year. My spouse came into the bathroom and almost teared up, yelling,”Do you KNOW HOW LONG I’VE BEEN TRYING TO REMOVE THAT STUFF BUT NOTHING WOULD WORK?” It now looks like a new shower. Now I can switch to a gentler, good cleaner, to keep it clean. I definitely would not use this for normal cleaning, only tough areas and stuck on crud that won’t budge.

Unfortunately, I have no video on that one. I would use a broom to remove all cobwebs, dust etc. Then you just have to wipe everything off by hand with a damp microfiber cloth. Carry around a DIY all purpose cleaner with you if you need some cleaning power to go with that cloth. Here is the formula: 1 empty spray bottle 2 cups water 1 tsp of dish soap (I like blue Dawn) 10 drops of your favorite essential oil

Do you know if that stuff gets hair dye stains off a shower? Ive been neglecting cleaning my shower cuz the bottom if it is I swear forever stained purple from me dying my hair all the time and rinsing it out in there.

If it has leached into the material no it won't remove it. This will only clean the surface.

Broooo!!! I just bought this and cleaned my shower cos I’m selling my house soon. Dude. I sprayed it on let it sit for 20 mins and it was clean just with water! I only scrubbed for 5 mins and rinsed and my shower looks new! I even used it on the stove top to get all the oil and grease off and it worked perfectly! Get the big jug cos it cost $10 for 128oz vs the spray bottle that’s $7 for 32oz.

Hi! I clean for my parents weekly and they have that soap scum or whatever line around both their tubs every week. I have been using 409 and a magic sponge pretty successfully but do you know of anything that stinks less than 409 that might also work for this weekly job? Thx so much! ❤ the rest of the tub is pretty clean it's just that one dirty line and I know you have said not to use super clean every time.

That is correct, Super Clean would be over kill. I only you full strength Super Clean on big nasty jobs like this one. You can make your own DIY all purpose cleaner and it spells great!! It will save you money as well. Here is the recipe: 1 empty spray bottle 2 cups water 1 tsp of dish soap (I like blue Dawn) 10 drops of your favorite essential oil Let me know how you like it 🙂

@@dianasimplifies Yes always allow dwell time. That give the cleaning product time to work and loosen up any gunk before you wipe with your sponge.

@@gertiefisher9617 thx! Mom keeps the spray on hand but the smell bothers me. I think she told me not to use the powder BFK on her fiberglass. Although it's prob fine but she had a list of safe cleaners for it and I'm supposed to stick to it LOL

Lol. Love your posts. Very helpful. But the gloves are to keep the chemicals from penetrating your skin and causing health issues. Keep posting gloves or not though!!

I heard what you said about the gloves....and I know you're not touching your face... but those cleaners will absorb into your skin, through your hand....and since you do this for a living, think of how much more often you're exposed to this than someone just cleaning their own house.. those disposable gloves are so easy to just pop on and throw away. If you look up the toxicity of some of these cleaners it's pretty scary
