Me, too! I can do a multitude of crochet stitches but for some reason, this magic circle always stumped me! You made it so easy! The extra stitch immediately definitely helped! Thank you!
If I had a dollar for every magic ring tutorial I've watched, I would have enough to buy some expensive yarn! Then, I watch you and the sun came out! Thank you, thank you, I finally know how because of you!!!!!
Tuula I reviewed this again from one year past and you still have the best tutorial on RU-vid for making a magic ring. Keep up the great work and thank you!! 😊
omg this actually is the easiest I've seen someone do a magic ring. I've always sort of struggled with it because of all the different complicated ways it's taught. Thank you!
I'm still new at this but have watched probably a dozen "how to's" on making the magic ring. Without a doubt, yours is the easiest to understand. And the only ring that I've made so far that looks pretty good! Thank you so much.
The ONLY magic ring tutorial necessary! I’ve been struggling with “mastering” the magic ring for days and finally decided to look for a new tutorial and found this one. Literally finished my first round in the same time it was taking me to figure out the magic circle previously. SO easy!
Wow. That was a very clear close view and a great demonstration. Thanks for those numerous tips in such a short video. I am a beginner to crochet and this tutorial was very helpful. Never too old to learn at 70 years 😉🙃🙃 I loved and enjoyed watching your video. Subscribed a very long time ago. Hate missing great advise. Thanks for sharing and caring 👍👍👍😘👌👌👌
Thank you so much! Happy to hear it is helpful! Yes, definitely never too old to learn new things 😊 I have been crocheting since I was 5 in the 60s and still often learn new things!
@Knittyneeds I hear you! I'm 70, too, and although I've crouched for many years, I'd never used the Magic Ring before seeing it done on RU-vid. This method is by far the easiest one I've tried! Good luck with your crocheting! It's really theraputic and a lot of fun.
I am not a new crocheted; I’ve been crocheting for more than 50 years. I have watched more videos than I can count, and this is the first one that showed a method that actually works! Thank you!
I've been using your method and it's perfect and easy. It doesn't come undone when pulled tight and working in the end back and forth in the ring. I just made 80, 6 inch granny squares and finally, the beginning circle is perfect! Thank you!
This is the best and easiest Magic Ring tutorial!! I just love your tutorials!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful talent with the rest of the world!!! Kind regards from South Africa! 🥰🧶🌻
Yes!! This finally worked for me the first time I tried to follow your instructions! I watched other videos that seemed so simple and I still couldn’t figure out how to do it. Thanks :)
This has been the easiest tutorial I have found on how to make the magic ring. Thank you so much! I am a new subscriber and a new crocheter. I appreciate the time you take with each tutorial to go slow and ensure that you are clear with your instructions. I am glad I found you!❤ Hello from the US!
Yeah! My circle kept getting smaller or bigger as i was crocheting, or the stitches ended up on top of each other where some were hiding, this looks way better, thank you!!
I have tried the magic circle so many times and have failed at it. I was able to do it the first time I watched this! Thank you so much for your easy instructions!
Tuula, I never heard of the magic ring before, but after watching your video, I was able to do this on my first try. You are an amazing crochet teacher. I'll certainly be watching your other posts. Thanks so much.
Very Best magic ring tutorial. I was having so much trouble using the larger starting circle of yarn. Once around finger is so much easier and makes a world of difference. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I"ve been trying to get this down for quite some time, watched many many tutorials and even had a relative try to help me learn, but for some reason..your tutorial just 'clicked' with me and for the first stime, I actually did it. Might seem silly, but just finally finally!! getting it right, feels great inside. I accomplished this finally. lol. thank you!!! :)
Tuula I just found out who my great grandparents were and I found that my grandma was from Finland so Im very excited to learn about the Country. I got excited and became a new sub when I watched my second video and u were in Finland.
That's awesome! Glad you found my channel! See today's community post on my channel, I will next make a video outside in the same country village where I made one in the summer.
Thank you ever so for this simple way to make the magic circle. I have been struggling, unable to grasp the mechanics of it from other videos. I was able to make one first time from watching your video. I enjoy you videos!
Hi Miss Tuuuala. I have to say, I’ve been watching Magic Ring tutorials for hours. I think I finally got! I watched your 1-finger Magic ring tutorial for about an hour and it finally clicked! I have no reason why it took so long. It’s like the Rubics Cube. Loosing battle. Thank you very much for it and all your tutorials.
Fantastic. I actually understood it and it worked beautifully. I'm so glad you made this❤❤❤thank you. I watched another video so many times and didn't understand the concept at all
I've seen dozens of tutorials for the magic ring and yours is the most simple, concrete and clear description. I really can't see how anybody could give you a thumbs down. Let's hope it was a mistake. If not, they really need to get their head examined. Thanks again you're the best!
