Haha. I apologize for that. I think growing up in a culture where you really have to put your voice forward, you get used to it. But you'll also see the same in Russian, Spanish and even Italian culture the same kind of speech style.

I might have been lucky but it was very easy for me to marry in Germany. I'm from Brazil, I didn't even need a visa, only a valid passport. All I needed was a birth certificate less than 6 months old and a single certificate. This last one sounds complicated but all I had to do was to ask the same notar in Brazil which provides the birth certificate to make another document stating I've never married before. Then I payed a "certificate" translator (I'm not sure what's the correct word) to translate both documents into German.

Without Visa you not allowed to enter Schengen Area. So i am sure you had to have a Visa to get married in Germany.

Before deciding to live in Denmark, did you try applying for a German Family Reunion Visa? I heard it can be quite difficult to get it even if you got married in Denmark, with the same amount of documents required as for the German marriage Visa.

Back in 2016 it was super easy. The Danish Government has changed there process last year and now they are checking if marriages are legitimate or not so I don't think it should be an issue. As there are stricter checks now.

I will marry in Germany. and trying to get these certificates. can i have some help what is it actually and how to get it. 1-If the birth has not been registered in India, a certificate of non-registration of the birth and an affidavit (affidavit) of the parents and the responsible mayor (Sarpanch) about the personal details as well as the birth and descent must be presented 2- Single certificate.
