This works great. 3/3 seeds is almost ready to be put in soil in less than 24 hours. Edit: They grew a lot and all of them are about to bloom, cant wait!
for yopo just put it on top of the soil and water on top of the seed, they germinate very easily. The more you intervene the more you complicate natures job, just be a facilitator.
Some seeds require specific conditions to germinate properly. For example, lettuce, dill, poppy and many berries such as raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, blueberry etc require direct light. For these it's best to sprinkle them on lightly packed soil and mist them several times per day using window light or a grow lamp. Some must undergo cold stratification which is basically simulating a spring thaw where there is one or more freeze cycles after dampening the seeds, many seeds that require this also require sunlight to germinate.
