Yeap, in a perfect world it should work that way. With patients, setting their times and ways and agencies allowing it, is not that simple to go from A to B and C, etc. You end up jumping all over the place on most days. Thanks anyways!
@@dr.smith_dpt No, I am an RN, it is not same for a therapist, I know. I quit HH permanent and do it traveling because it is more manageable. With the new systems, it even has it in HCHB. It ask for the patient's preferences. The agencies are trying to please the patient's, and the nurse pays the price for it. I have done HH for very long; it use to be better to schedule some years ago. People is more entitled now. I hear this all the time NONO I get up at so and so hour, I cannot see you before. What I do now is to chart early and start the visits after 9am.
I absolutely hate this system, it’s not user friendly at all. I’m used to Consolo, it was sooo easy, I miss it so much 🤦🏼♀️ our company has been using HCHB for almost a year, and I’m still having to go back and re chart or fix things on my time off...
