Excellent worked perfect. I didn't need rufus in my version of hirens' it had it own NT, and I just pressed ENTER and left the passwords blank, easy peasy, thanks so much.

Still works, you are a life saver. I swear windows update fubar’d my login. I literally updated last night and found it weird it didn’t ask me to log in when it restarted, went right to my desktop. I wish I could see what the password was that windows changed it to.

For the pepole without usb u need to make a partion get hirens boot cd pe then get ubiversal usb instler choose select all disks choose ur partion and choose windows 10 installer and boot it up

Thank You very much sir, i tried the tutorial and it worked for an Acer brought to us that is not even a year old. The CMD method does not work because the drive partitions does not appear even if you attempt to reformat the unit. I also tried to use a liveboot windows 10 and it still wont show the partitions of the unit, KonBoot and Passfab also did not work but this did.BTW the Torogi RU-vid channel you have does it mean you are an igorot from cordillera sir?

Just confirming this will reset even a online Microsoft account password account as administrator? Bought a second hand pc and it’s password is linked to a Microsoft account and I can’t get hold of the seller 😤

you can use Hiren's boot cd to bypass the online account, reset the local administrator then use it to login then remove the online account that is connected to the pc. You cannot reset the online account because this account is used by the user that previously owned your laptop, but you can remove that account just after you bypass the login, then enabling the local administrator.
