Run automation flows unattended and scale to work simultaneously on multiple Windows VMs, for even the most challenging tasks. If you’re thinking this is something you’ve been able to do before, we'll show how it’s much easier to get started with Hosted RPA Bots and Virtual Machines operating in Azure .
Ashvini Sharma, Partner GPM from the Microsoft Power Automate team, walks you through how to automate repetitive, mundane tasks across legacy and modern systems at scale using Power Automate’s new Hosted RPA Bots service (preview). Expanded capabilities make integration easier. Now anyone can set up unattended bots to run large scale automations in minutes with just a few basic parameters. You don't even need an Azure subscription.

Thanks for the great video! Is it posible to set up a trigger so the flow adds or subtracts bots based on the number of items in the queue? Can the queue be set up to recognize sales date like invoice dates or amounts so it can change the priority based on that type of data? For the AP department paying older invoices or higher dollar invoices to avoid credit holds would be useful. I know you set this up for sales but I'm thinking for other departments too.

How do the bot be configured with different login ids for each vm as some apps doesn't support multiple logins

azure key vault to store several credentials, 1 record for each in a table in your prefered database and good old FIFO implementation to use them. A flow "locks" the credential when starting and before finishing "unlocks" it. you need to have good error handling and monitoring.

Nice informative video.What are differences in between machine group vs Hosted RPA bots ?
@ThePorpoisepower

Hosted RPA bots/Hosted Machine Groups are managed by MS (although you can use a custom image). They are only virtual. (Non-hosted) Machine Groups, are machines managed by you, they can be physical or virual. Hosted Machine Groups allow you to better manage your pool of machines. In order to alter the machines available in a non-hosted machine group, you would need to log into the machines and manually change their groups. Not to mention Create new machines if you are just increasing your machine pool. This maybe pretty streamlined, especially with virtual machines, but for Hosted Machine groups, you can just alter the Group Size and your done.

For anyone reading this, do not go that way. It has a known error at a key task that makes it unusable and MS is NOT giving it support since now you have hosted RPA
