Thx for the video. Used to live in Holme Rd just behind the old bingo hall until 1991. Brought back a few memories.

Grew up In East Ham.Kempton Rd, mountfield Rd and Eastbourne Rd and Hatherley Gardens. How lovely it was back then.Moved away In 2003

51 Latimer Avenue was home from 66-71, Nelson infant school briefly then moved to Grays Essex but escaped by joining Her Majesty's Royal Marines. Now live on the edge of Dartmoor which I'd crawl across for pie and mash!!

I loved East Ham. When I was a little boy my mum used to take me their on the Green line bus from South Ockendon for shopping. We always had pie & mash in Cooke’s. I continued to travel their every other weekend to the Boleyn to watch the Hammers. Wonderful town, sadly changed for the worse ⚒⚒

I have been gone from East Ham for almost sixty years. It was so good to see this. Brought back many memories. Thank you.

great stuff and put together nicely, and brought some old memories back. It is not all East Ham though (E6) you have also included Manor Park (E12) and also Goodmayes, Ilford,Essex (IG3)

I lived in Park Ave from 62-99. Went to Nelson Road primary from 68-74 and Langdon from 74-82. I now live in Wanstead.

Just seen this looking at bits re East Ham. 2hy did you show The Roding Pub and Leigh Road . I lived at No. 4. Born there 1940.
