You can demand the audio. Insist on it for a legal case. You can also demand the uneditted version. Get a solicitor to write a letter for you as part of discovery for a legal case.

Unless you have committed a 'recordable' offence, you can refuse to be photographed, fingerprinted, and also refuse to provide a dna sample. Also, if the arrest is unlawful, don't even provide your details. Give 'em fekk all!
