Pete Bannan of the Delaware County Daily Times captured this standoff. It developed after police were called to the first block of Lewis Avenue in East Lansdowne, Delaware County on Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2024 for the report of a child that was shot. Two officers were shot. The house then burst into flames.
