Deputy Mariscal and his big ego couldn't walk away from me so he continued engaging with me and explaining why I wasn't detained or arrested. he managed to make himself and the department look like idiots by not placing caution tape in the scene of a crime per their policy. Deputy Trujillo never gave his ID or badge number per the department policy.
I heard shots fired in East Los Angeles on Margaret and Hubbard so I decided to go check out what happened. walking north on Margaret from Percy to Hubbard and I encountered about 5-6 L.A. county sheriff deputies and a Sargent standing around conversing so I kept walking to Hubbard where more squad cars were. I started recording the inside of OUR county cars and they didn't like that one bit.
