Cool video. Back in the 80s Whittier was cruisin. Nice cars, trucks, and motorcycles everywhere. Then they blocked the road and issued citation to cruisers. Good to see it back though. What's up with the burning rubber? Will the cops stop the cruising if these disrespectful people continue to burn rubber.? Just wondering..
