@@leokennedy4557 I am completely honest when I'm asked about crime here in Memphis. I'm working with 5 clients right now from the channel and 3 out of the 5 that are currently relocating here as we speak have asked me about the crime and I've answered their questions with a resounding yes, there's a crime problem in Memphis. I don't need to shout it from the rooftops in every video. At the end of the day, I am providing a service to help people relocate to the area because people still are moving here. Further, I will not speak in absolutes that all of Memphis is dangerous. The issue is with the leaders in the community being too light in their punishment and most Memphians know that and hope to see change come with upcoming leadership.

East Memphis is higher income too. Lovely house s. I was out in Crosstowm, Grace land, it a highway industrial areas. But not rich area , poorer areas are in North Memphis, but I still loved visit there. Elvis, City/ Sun tours/ Riverboat ride I just loved it. But like any city you have to watch where you are going if you are a tourist. Memphis has a lot of history , musical and some tragic stories, South, civil rights. But it gave us music Elvis and others, Beale Street. St Jude’s hospital, and people are wonderful. Was at Elvis vigil. Beautiful. But the drivers are nuts down there,,even if you are pedestrians and have right away,,you have to move, they have no patience. And don’t argue with anyone let it go. That was only negative. I was there for Elvis week, I’m from Canada, and I love history too. It was great. Memphis is if you don’t know area, dangerous, but so are other cities. You just use common sense caution. Peabody hotel just beautiful. Thank you Memphis I had a great time.

I live in east Memphis,Jjust off cherry rd. Next to Botanical Gardens which also has a lil cafe. And close to Audubon Park. Love

Hi Amelia! I usually tell people to check out Zillow for rentals but I asked my husband and he said we might have a rental coming up in East Memphis that he will start renovating once he closes on it. If you reach out to me at 901 213 7407 - I can keep you posted! 🙂
