Yes and she's working with a different actor to play Bobby. The same thing happened on Guiding Light when Grant Aleksander who played Phillip Spaulding on and off on Guiding Light 1982-2009 works with a new actress who plays his daughter Elizabeth aka "Lizzie". Then when Peter Simon who played Ed Bauer #5 returns and reunites with his Daughter Michelle now played by Nancy St. Alban. He worked with Rachel Miner who married and divorced Macauley Culkin, then Joie Lenz before One Tree HIll. Can you imagine how surreal that was.
Jane covered the fact that Bobby killed Lucy and allowed Max Branning to take the Blame. He went on Trial and went to Jail for a Hot Minute. Max found out what Jane did and he threatened her. Also if Max tells The Police what she did, she'd go to Prison for fraud, covering a crime. Jane probably won't come back. She loves Ian but sometimes love just ain't enough. Also, Kathy and Ian have a very "complicated" relationship. Every Woman he's with is a Blond like her. Cindy, Jane and even Mel.
@@TheJessienotes You're right. I remember seeing a Thumbnail when Ian threw Laura out when he thought Bobby was Gary Hobbs. She was a Blonde at that time. Kathy means well but she needs to stop meddling in Ian's life. She must be heartbroken knowing what Phil and Ben are doing with their Sex Ring.
@@Alwpiano Yes, it shows just how diversified she is. I had no idea she was Scottish. Also with some characters you can only do so much until you run out ideas for them. I would love to see her on Coronation Street, maybe represent Charlie in her Divorce from Tim, or be a LGBT Counsellor and help Ed deal with James being Gay or go on Hollyoaks and be a long lost relative of Tony's Father, she's truly amazing as is Stirling Gallacher (Paula Coronation Street).
Her words had no credibility. Remember she hid Lucy's Body, she lied about who killed Lucy and although she knew that Max was Innocent, it didn't stop her from allowing him to go on Trial. Also, she cost the City Tax Dollars. Remember how on Emmerdale Kelly Windsor got arrested when the Police thought she killed Tom King. Carl King did it but he didn't tell not even caring that it was his Brother's Girlfriend he was hurting.

Another funny story was in The 1974 Movie The Lords of Flatbush that took place in 1954. The New Girl Jane was introduced to the Class and the kids with exagerrated Brooklyn Accents said "Hello Jane", also as you know there were children's books called The Adventures Of Dick & Jane.
Never talk about something so private over the Phone especially a Taxi, you never know who's listening. Also, The Taxi Driver could have been working for Max for all we know. I would have sent him a Long Text saying how "Sorry" I am for everything.
It still pisses me off that this was never addressed... she left to spend more time with family in real life but why didn’t she come back after max sore sense? It wasn’t even addressed in the show
And now it gets worse because Cindy came back, and Ian called her his one true love. It’s like the writers want you to forget that Jane ever existed or happened. Even Bobby doesn’t mention her anymore.

But Ian legit called Cindy his one true love when she: Hired a hitman on him Went on the run with Peter and Steven Faked her death (I know the episode in France explained how she did it but still) Did not come back after Lucy was murdered (again I get Cindy was in witness protection but still) Has a new family with George and has 2 more daughters Meanwhile the only thing I can remember Jane doing was the affair with Grant and covering up Lucy’s murder for Bobby. Ian’s wives have all not been perfect, but out of them all Jane did him justice, as she held the family together after Kathy “died”, Pauline was murdered, Martin and Sonia left Walford with Bex and then raised Ian’s children like she was their real mother, even after Steven shot her preventing her from having kids. Cindy owes Jane a hell of a lot. And now Max is gone and halfway across the world according to Lauren, so nothing is stopping her from coming back now. Even though I have heard that Laurie did get mistreated by the producers which was the reason she suddenly left, so if she doesn’t want to return I get that. But hopefully she can return if she feels up to it, especially as those producers are gone and the current producers actually know what they are doing.
@Natz84 Max is a very disturbed fellow. He always has a Yen for Young Girls. From his Former Daughter In Law to I think Lucy Beale. I could be wrong but God that man is so sick. Now I don't really think he has anyone on The Square.

If Jane ever finds out Cindy is alive, and the fact Ian got back with her, Jane would be fuming, especially as she practically raised Cindy’s kids whilst she lived another life with George and had two other children. So bring Jane back just so we can see her vs Cindy, and also Ian because if I was in Jane’s position I would feel so damned. (Ok Jane did cover up Lucy’s murder which obviously cannot be denied and is not defendable but still she put up with the mess Cindy’s absence caused to Peter and Lucy prior to the murder).
@@Chrissys_multi ngl after watching Cindy’s episodes these past few months I got to give credit she seems to be trying to make things right. She might be fooling us but just based on what I am seeing she seems to be doing what is right and making amends with everyone (minus Kathy). Also she acknowledged Jane covering up Lucy’s murder which is something, and the fact Cindy has kinda forgiven Bobby is definitely respectable.
She was blackmailed into leaving by Max Branning. This was because he was Framed for killing Lucy Beale with whom he had a fling with. Jane knew he was innocent but she was trying to protect Bobby. Because of this Max went on Trial, cost the City Tax Dollars. Max found out and he pretty much said you leave or else I will bring you and Ian down. Kathy should STFU! She left and allowed everyone to think she was dead. Ian can't have a successful relationship with a Woman because he can't "Separate" himself emotionally from his Mother. Listen to a Cover of "She's Not There" originally done by The Zombies. The Song fits Jane to a T.

Laurie brett[jane] looks like american actress Zoe Perry who is in young Sheldon[she is the real life daughter of Jackie from Rosanne]. Check it out-the resemblance is uncanny.
Max Branning found out that Jane kept the murder of her Stepdaughter Lucy Beale A Secret. Max went on Trial for "murdering" Lucy but he didn't do it. As a result he spent a Year in Prison for a Crime he didn't commit. Also if Max tells that Ian and Jane knew for months before saying anything they were perverting the cause of Justice as well as having the City spend Tax Dollars on a Crime that didn't take place.

Jane an awful person. Max did what he did because of what she did. Her pleading face to max as if he should care when he'd still be in prison if not for Bobby. What she put out she got back
Janes not an awful person, she was covering up for her son, max has done the same thing for his kids many times. He was seeing Luxy Anywyas so why wouldn’t the court point fingers I ain’t saying janes innocent but she did what she had to do, max is the awful one
@@Chrissys_multi She was covering for her ADOPTED son, that’s no excuse to put an innocent man in prison. Maybe she wasn’t awful but what she did was awful.
One question is: did Ian and Cindy ever officially divorce before her "death"...? This would make Ian one of biggest bigamists with the Melanie,Laura,Jane and Sharon marriages being invalid... Cindy's marriage to George would be invalid also... Guess that's the least of their problems... That wallpaper for a start...
