Easter Bread on Cream
(3 pieces - diameter is 11 cm, height is 9 cm; 3 pieces - 9 * 9 cm,
2 pieces small)
Opara:
40 gr. pressed yeast (or 13 grams. dry)
200 gr. cream 20%
100 ml. of milk
250 gr. white flour
Dough:
8 egg yolks
2 egg whites
200 gr. sugar
200 gr. butter
1/2 tsp salt
200 gr. dried fruits
30 gr. candied fruit (optional)
8 gr. vanilla sugar
400 gr. white flour
Glaze:
2 tsp. gelatin + 3 tbsp. water
200 gr. powdered sugar + 4 tbsp. water
Bake cakes need at 374 F - 35 ... 40 minutes.
