600g plain flour
140g sugar
250ml of warm milk
30g yeast
1 egg
120g softened butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
lemon peel
1 tablespoon rum
eggs for smearing
almonds for sprinkling
yeast 5-10min
first leavening 1-1.5 hours in heat (preferably in a preheated oven 50-100'C)
second leavening 30 minutes
bake in a hot air oven for 150'C - 40 minutes
