We enjoyed a few days away in the campervan totally off grid and just letting the wind in our sail take us places to stay.
We enjoyed exploring new coastal villages and towns and of course I did take the rod with me just in case.
I don't really fish mush this time of year, hence the lack of weekly vids, but thought id have a little chuck to see what was about.
We had a brilliant time together and created more priceless memories.

Great vid and it's good to find out about different places, there are some beautiful and interesting parts of this country to explore. Too many people are too keen to jump on a plane and head oversees when they don't even know what’s on their doorstep.

you can only catch whats there,when you cast ,look almost straight up,try it on the field ,you wont beleive the difference,although so many caught close in ,in washing machine,i alway leaveone close in,dungeness would be nice to take your family,cheers

Welcome to the South East (Kent) my home county. Well done on the fish & a great video. Fishing at Reculver is mainly done over high due to it being very shallow at Low. This time of year you can catch Smoothhounds, Thornbacks, Dogfish (like the one you caught) & whiting. In the summer it can be very weedy, but worth fishing through it as some very big Smoothhounds have been caught in recent years.

Thanks for watching mate. Yes I fished it all the way up to high and back down an hour but it just wasn’t to be. My pal had a 7lb Smoothy just round the corner but it just wasn’t to be for me this time. Il be back!!!! 🎣👍
