It feels great returning to normality after a few days off for our Easter Holidays! No one got sick or worn out etc., we just had a big old rest, saw Sonic 2 at the cinema, visited family and ate lots of chocolate!
Yay HAVEN in Exmouth is good, devon Cliffs, though there is a military shooting range in earshot, busy though, the one in Cornwall Perranporth nice but not as good for swmiming pool and a lot more dated and further, Exmouth is good as lots to do there and nearby and slides in swimming pool, you can do Segway lol and they have a Starbucks which is really quiet early morning, dunno I think everywhere has pros and cons but I dont like recommending anywhere as whenever I have it goes wrong lol! We ejoyed it but I think we went the very last week of the hols, the amusement arcade was an issue though, you cant get the out of there..... Great bar for parents though on the cliffs overlooking the sea, THAT was AWESOME! Playpark just there too...idealx
I've done cbt. Found it pretty helpful. It's not that they try tell u to switch off its more accepting it exists and how to react to it. If that makes sense don't know how to explain it.
I probably explained it badly but when I tried something similar the advice was similar to what I’d already read online so I felt like it just assumed I hadn’t tried to sort it myself heh. Hopefully it works out! I’m trying to be open minded with it etc.
