Congrats to both of you! @Devin: How do you get your video that smooth in 4:40. Your step width is varying and so is the height. But your footage looks like from a dolly. Is it because you crop from 6k to 4k or the warp-stablilizer?

So, I have a 3-fold question: 1: How do you go about setting your price for projects (ie do you go by hourly/day rates)? I'm not expecting the exact rates you charge, but more how you come to the conclusion setting that price. 2: How do you bill for your crew & how much do you take into pre-production? 3: How do you deal with the billing/invoicing process?
