Easter thoughts about true freedom! And Father Dempsey too!

Absolutely agree… with all that you’ve said here! I am enjoying the blend - it’s good, not kind-blowing… solid and worth enjoying from time to time. And yes, true freedom is so much more than just a slogan or a one-and-done exclamation. It means different things to different people at different times in their lives. While we do have individual freedoms, we don’t live in a vacuum so we can’t discount or ignore the impact of others around us. Hope that makes some sense?! As always - great to hear from you!

@PipeAndAPour For me, a lot of English's are similar, and some separate themselves, like Gaslight, Quiet Nights, and Maltese Falcon, with it's secret spice.... Father Dempsey to me has that unique taste that separates itself from the rest. I get "Special" from it. It may take a few bowls to experience...Maltese Falcon didn't blow me away at first either, but then after about 1 ounce, I saw the light LOL!! Father Dempsey is also budget friendly. You can get 4oz for $13....so that lits it in my EDS (Every Day Smoke) category, and I happen to love it too! 🙏💨❤️

Good to see you again Darryl! I enjoyed Eddie G last spring, but haven't returned to it since - it's about time to check back in with Mr. Robinson!? I'm with you on Fr. Dempsey - despite all the accolades from folks, it didn't jump out to me either?! It was good... not great. It didn't stand out from the very large crowd of English blends. I think the true test for you and I both will be when we revisit it in a few months - after it's had time to settle/chill/rest/whatever!?
