Eastham Country Park - Wirral
Come along with us as we go for an early evening walk around Eastham Country Park.
Merseyside. With well maintained paths, a tearoom, and interesting things to see,
it's a great place to while away a couple of hours, with easy access from major roads.
Some areas are a bit more gnarly than others but on the whole, accessable for all.

Amazing that there used to be a zoological garden there. They had a killer whale at Dudley Zoo when I was a kid called Cuddles. He must have been in the tiniest of pools. Good that things have come along way since. Cant beat a country park for relaxation and the sounds of nature. Nice video, enjoyed it. Be great to see it in the autumn too with all the autumn colour.

Theres little reminants of this and that still knocking around there, but some things are not explained on the info boards. Killer whale! Dear me. Absolutely, thankfully things have came a long way since, and animal rights have improved tenfold. That's what I was thinking too about autumn. For walks, it's our favourite season. The browns, golds, greens and oranges are spectacular. And not to mention me kicking rustling leaves around like a kid 😀 Thanks for watching folks, have a great week 👍

It's a great little place, and not too far from the tunnel. Access is fair for the Mrs chair, but it can get a bit gnarly in places. Cheers for watching 👍 Mart & Jo

Nice one guys. I have not been down there for quite some time. That car park used to be free... our council fleecing the public again. But I do blame the government for lack of funding etc. Like you say it must have looked grand in it's day along with New Brighton with the pier and tower, all long gone.

Eastham was a place my then girlfriend used to walk in the woods. No not Lindsay her name was Charlotte.

It's a lovely place still Dave. The only thing, and it is the only thing I'd knock about it, is there could be a little bit more information on the info boards about the Victorian gardens reminants that are left. Little coves and monuments. Thanks for watching mate 👍
