I had this bag for a while, and I got tired of it. The front pocket is practically useless, it is difficult to reach in to put things in and out. For the rest, material and workmanship you have a bag for years in that Eastpak does not disappoint 100x100 quality. a greeting from Spain
Hey David, yes, that front pocket can be a pain sometimes, it's definitely a fiddle getting larger items like mobile phones in and out. I'm guessing the 30 yrs guarantee is down to Eastpak's confidence on the amazing quality of the material. My original one is still in amazing condition. Have a great week my friend 👍
Hey Alex, it's the beauty of a smaller bag like this. It'll perfectly hang on your coat hanger and take up next to no room. Grab it when you need it, leave at home when you don't. I'll often waer mine under a jacket and forget it's even there
I bought the black one last year after watching your review on the bag its great especially with me having a deadly allergy and needing to carry epipens I use to keep them in my kids nappy bags but now there all older and potty trained I need to find another way of carrying them in the winter you have big coats with big pockets but in the warmer months there a pain but with this bag it's so much easier

This amazing little bag somehow escaped my attention until your video popped up in my feed, and I'm glad it did! Definitely I must acquire at least one. Here in Texas, I am licensed to carry a firearm and I think this bag would be perfectly suited for a completely "grey man" concealed carry option (small frame pistol) for popping in and out of places where it's legal to carry concealed. I may even be able to fit in a small trauma kit, torch, etc. THANK YOU Moorlander!!!

It has a hook & loop panel in the main pocket which will be better for CCW if you carry off body, or you can add extra magazine to it for easy access. It's a great alternative. Thanks for the review. I have a variety of Kriega bags and a wallet for motorcycling and water sports, which I generally use as a benchmark for this kind of stuff. Totally waterproof, with waterproof zips, and whilst several steps up in price from Eastpak, simple things like having white, rather than black bag linings, make life so much easier (easier to film too, I’d guess).

My first "real" school backpack was an eastpak :) still alove almost 23 years later xD .. bulletproof . But for the price they charge for the one pak you can buy the helikon tex version which also looks civilian :)
My Mum had an old friend she did Camp America with with she'd often send up stuff. She sent me an Eastpak bag in the early 90s from the States and it was bomber. I remember the old adverts where they'd have the skeleton on a dry lake bed with the backpack still like new on his back. Just had a massive nostalgia hit Googling it then 😅

As a European I know that ONE for sure ...but I have a main concern for others ....mainly USA .....you should have put gear in it for them to see what you can put inside for edc and there is the smaller one as well for minimalist edcier called buddy

I like the style of it, but I crave better quality materials with my bags. Xpac, YKK zippers, the works. Not catching me with a bag using no-name nylon and zippers.
