A sneak peek at the NEW Easttop PERFORMER 12 and 16 hole chromatic harmonicas. BIG NEWS is that they are totally airtight...which means great control of volume, improved tone, ease of play, and minute control of bends and vibrato. (Note most all beginner and intermediate harps from manufacturers are NOT airtight, so this is welcome news indeed!) ABS comb.

I have 2 easttops I love them big plus for me is the slides are quiet, also not too expensive

I'm excited to see that Easttop could make such a great harmonica. By the way, recently I have heard that another Chinese company named Kongsheng has also released Lyra chromatic harmonica, could you please make a quick review on that David?

Just ordered the 12 hole. Be interesting to see how this compares to my Easttop Dreamer which has been a good starter instrument for me.

Is eastop 16 hole harmonica better than Swan's 16 hole harmonica? I have seen your review of Swan Harmonica 16 hole before, please explain which one is better....

Hello and thank you very much. I have an easttop 12 hole(black covers, gold plated mouthpiece, ABS comb). It has dark sound which I like very much. My previous harp is the seydel saxony, bright tone, very nice instrument. The easttop gold sound mouthpiece is comfortable but not so easy to passing holes-maybe I will try the silver coating mouthpiece. I am considering on buying the brass easttop 12 hole. What is your opinion on this model and brass chromatics in general? Do you think it worths the price? Thank again!

I think the Easttop brass harps are exquisite, reeds not world class.

Actually I am thinking of buying the brass easttop or the Seydel Saxony again. I guess it must be a big difference between the Easttop brass 12 hole and the ABS(cheaper) model that I have-what do you think? Can you recommend for me other brands-chromatic harmonicas with "dark" sound? Thank you :)

I orded an Easttop brass 12 hole harmonica and the seller says that this harmonica has been upgraded, In order to prevent the brass from being oxidized and the brass Comb is nickel-plated, which can better protect the Comb. Do you know if this is true? Thank you very much

Overall, the Suzuki is superior. But the Easttop is pretty much airtight, but brighter sounding reeds. I would play them both.
