Thank you so much for this recipe, Wendy! I especially love the extras you gave us, like telling us how to line the tray and to prepare a box for gift giving-I really needed and appreciate those details!
I love the technique with the Parchment paper. I always have issues with trying to line a square pan using Parchment. I'll definitely try your technique and your fudge recipe. Thank you.
My mom used to put marshmallow inside of her fudge along with three different kinds of chocolate dark semi-sweet and regular milk chocolate It was the best fudge I have ever eaten in my life
pretty easy one we always used for peanut butter fudge too, 1 can of white icing, 1 jar peanut butter about equal amounts but more peanut butter is fine as it is hard to get exact on those. Microwave, mix, and stick in the fridge overnight. You can also use nutela instead of peanut butter, but that one has a lot of oil in it and will form a layer of oil ontop as it sets, it is fine, just wipe it away a couple hours in to it when it is mostly firm, and let it finish setting. I look forward to trying this chocolate one though, the downside to the one I used before is it cant stay outside of a fridge for too long or it will start to get soft. This one looks much better.
@@sparemobius7430 icing and peanut butter fudge? What a great idea. Sounds sinfully easy and delicious. I make peanut butter protein balls to freeze as quick snack, using coconut oil, oatmeal, peanut butter, honey, white protein powder and mini chocolate chips. Never thought about using icing mixed with peanut butter. Fantastic hack. 😃
@@crouchingsoldier7439 it works pretty well, it is an old cheat recipe where I live. I experimented a lot with it, you can use sugar free icing too if you have to watch your sugar, only downside it doesnt get as firm, so I just froze it, but Im sure you can add something to make it set better though. Chocolate icing works to make chocolate peanut butter too of course. Jiffy PB works best btw, since it is thicker, just plain Jiffy creamy.
Most exciting recipe, I won't budge, Wendy's preparing Chocolate Fudge. Parchment paper lines the tray, Chocolate chips heated right away. Awesome glaze and consistency, Layer over layer so deliciously yummy. A good treat to gift a friend, The taste test speaks at the end!❤💚😋😋😋😋

Love your recipe buddy can also be done on a double boiler because some people do not have a microwave because I've done it that way before and it's very delicious and yummy
I'm going to try this as is, then again with a couple of drops of peppermint extract, then again with a couple of drops of orange extract. Ooh, and for Christmas, I'll crush some candy canes and sprinkle that in, or maybe on top after I pour the fudge in the tray. The fudge look delicious, and easy to make!
I loved this video beautiful touches with the holly and berries I loved your Xmas spatula loved how you presented them in the box looks delicious thankyou ❤️😊
