Weird: "Rail Away'", despite being a Duch TV-docu series about worldwide railways (200 episodes so far), in the item about Dutch railways, no scenes and info about combine bike/train and bike parking facillities at railway stations (typical Dutch though). Even scenes with Dutch infrastructure show hardly any people on bikes...

I've noticed that too. It's normal and therefore easy to forget about. It's the same with all the cycling infrastructure. When I started bringing people to NL no-one was doing study tours. No-one blogging. No-one promoting what had been achieved at all.
