A short video tutorial on how to apply the alcohol technique using alcohol based ink markers with alcohol and come up with a beautiful background effects. In this video I am using Stampin’ Blends and Yupo paper. All material brands used are below:

I am not sure though...all i know is, it is a synthetic paper and feels like photo paper. it is extra smooth compared to ordinary cardstock :)

It is called YUPO paper Kathy and I believe one can get this from the artshop. It is a paper best used for alcohol-based markers :)

Yupo is a specialty paper for using with alcohol inks, acrylics, oils and lots of other mediums - Very smooth synthetic paper. Bit like gloss paper but waterproof. Maybe a better description somewhere else !!!

YUPO Paper is the recyclable, waterproof, tree-free Synthetic Paper with attributes and properties that make it the perfect solution for a variety of marketing, design, packaging and labeling needs. Since the paper will not absorb water, pigments have a tendency to “swim” until evaporated :)
