American Goulash is an easy, one pot comfort food. It’s also perfect to adapt for your tastes.
American Goulash
1lb Ground beef or other ground meat such as pork, turkey or chicken
1Bell Pepper
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 2/3 beef broth or chicken or Walter
2 15 ounce cans or 1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes with juice
1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
2 cups of elbow noodles
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tspItalian seasoning
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
Optional Red pepper flakes
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
Cheddar cheese to taste
Optional corn
