Sugar 250g (1 ¼ cups)
Butter 250g (1 cup, 2 tablespoons)
Eggs 5 (medium size)
Plain Flour 250g (1 ⅔ cups)
Baking powder 1 ¼ teaspoons
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Almond essence ½ teaspoon (optional)
Milk 60ml (¼ cup)
Icing drip:
Powdered Sugar 200g (1 cup)
Milk 3-4 tablespoons
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Yellow or pink food coloring
Colorful sprinkles
Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan 20x20 cm
Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for 35-40 minutes
