I saw this video a few times and I wanted to give it a try. I live in the USA in Florida so we use Fahrenheit I tried this and it came out more like a bread than a chicken nugget. For my own personal preference no fresh onion for the next time & i will add bread crumbs for a crunch.

My consistency is way more loose. I can't form it to a hard clump to mold
