We just got a new air fryer. Going to try this today. I love a Philly cheesesteak. I usually make them on a cast iron griddle.

The cast iron griddle is how I usually make them, but this air fryer version cuts out a little bit of the fat… or so they say. Keep an eye on it since it’s your first time to make sure the meat doesn’t get overdone. Enjoy!
